*For items purchased throughout Black Friday, we are unable to provide a refund (unless faulty), however we are able to exchange your item for another.

RETURN POLICY
Our products can be returned within 28 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1) The product was purchased within the last 28 days.
2) The product is in original condition (Has not been used).
3) You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.tidletots.com.
*We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers. If products do not meet this criteria it can not be considered for return.
Once all criteria is confirmed, an address will be provided for product to be sent to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
FAULTY RETURN
If an item is faulty and we are notified within 6 months of its original purchase you are then eligible for a replacement and shipping costs will be covered.
If our product control team receive the item and inspect it to be working (which deems it to be working and not faulty), we will inform you and a replacement will not be provided.
The same product will be sent back to you at your cost.
