Delivery
To ensure your package is delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please ensure address provided is entered in full and correct. Use appropriate abbreviations with spaces inserted properly. *Please note that we do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping information.
Australia
Allow 48 hours to process your order. Please take into consideration peak periods and allow up to 3 business days to dispatch your order.
Standard shipping time is 2-8 business days from the date your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date the order is made.
New Zealand
Allow 72 to 96 hours to process your order. Please take into consideration peak periods and allow up to 5 business days to dispatch your order.
Standard shipping time is 3-11 business days from the date your item is shipped out, not necessarily from the date the order was made. All orders are dispatched from our South Australian warehouse.
If you refuse any shipments from Tidle Tots, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up this up with your local post office, as we aren't responsible for packages that haven't been delivered.
Please contact us immediately if you notice that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to make any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched. Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to charge a reshipping postage fee of $10AUD (per item) for AUS and $18AUD for NZ. Please ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.
